1949 "The trademark Acratork registered under No. 658708 in respect of spanners, was on 9th June, 1949 assigned by Frank Leslie Keen and Nicholas de Bolotoff trading as The Acratork Co of 46, Vaughan Ave., Llandaff, Cardiff, to Acratork Engineering Co., Ltd. of Boston Buildings, James St., Cardiff, without the goodwill of the business in which it was then in use."[1]
