Names were A. W. Wills later A. W. Wills and Son and then A. W. Wills and Sons

1893 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Arthur Winkler Wills, William Leonard Wills, and Edward Mears Sage, as Edge Tool Manufacturers, at Park Mills, Nechells, Birmingham, under the style of A. W. Wills and Son. has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 31st day of May, 1893. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Leonard Wills and Edward Mears Sage, who will continue the said business under the style or firm of A. W. Wills and Son...'[1]
