1855 Company established.

1906 Incorporated as a limited company.

1914 Rubber merchants and bankers. [1]

1927 The company was wound up voluntarily; William H Hildreth was chairman[2]. Affairs taken over by Alden's Successors Ltd.

1931 Aldens (London) Ltd, also of Ocean House, was put into liquidation[3]
