HEALTH AND SAFETY EXECUTIVE
FACTORIES ACT 1961
EMPLOYMENT OF WOMEN AND YOUNG PERSONS
In accordance with section 117 of the Factories Act 1961, the Health and Safety Executive hereby gives notice that, during the month ending 28th February 1982 it has made special exemption orders relating to the employment of women and/or young persons at the following factories:

  • Board of Management for Edinburgh Northern Hospitals, Central Laundry, Western General Hospital, Crewe Road, Edinburgh.
  • East Fife District, Fife Health Board, Fife Area Sterile Supplies Centre, Victoria Hospital, Hayfield Road, Kirkcaldy.
  • Fife Health Board, West Fife District, Dunfermline & West Fife Hospital (Group Laundry), Reid Street, Dunfermline.
  • M.O.D. (Navy), H.M. Dockyard, Rosyth.
  • Ministry of Defence (Navy), Clyde Submarine Base, Faslane, Helensburgh.
  • Ministry of Defence, Royal Elizabeth Yard, Kirkliston, West Lothian, and H. M. Dockyard, Devonport, Plymouth, and Royal Ordnance Factory, Radway Green, Crewe.
  • Ministry of Defence, Royal Ordnance Factory, Slopes Brow, Lower Darwen, Blackburn.
  • Module Repair & Calibration Facility.
  • Oxford Mail & Times (Westminster Press Ltd.), Ferry Hinksey Road, Osney Mead, Oxford.
