1906 Auto-Cycle Club Trial - January
Started from the Chequers Hotel, Uxbridge.
1906 January 20th. Saturday. 'The first quarterly trials organized by the Auto-Cycle Club took place to-day from Uxbridge. Twenty started. The course lay from Uxbridge to Banbury, by way of Dashwood Hill and and returning by Aylesbury and Beaconsfield, a total distance of 125 miles. The weather splendid, and the roads in the very best of condition.'[1]
