Opened on Monday 24th August at the Agricultural Hall, Islington.

Report[1]

During the summer (1896) it was announced that a great exhibition of horseless carriages in connection with the 1896 Laundry Show at the Agricultural Hall would be held in August, but it fizzled down to about one electricar, a Bersey, a Garrard, a bicycle, and a motor boat — albeit in a small tank. The original prospectus of this show is in possession of the writer, and is perhaps the only one in existence.
