1818 Makers of steel mills (for foodstuffs). See advert[1]. Note that in the same directory, Thomas Reynolds (Birmingham) was advertising mills, using illustrations which were practically identical, apart from the replacement of 'Invented by Z. Parkes' by 'Invented by T. Reynolds!
