1870 "NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership for some time past carried on by Messrs. Henry Loveridge, Samuel Loveridge, Charles Loveridge, and Rupert Newton, under the firm of the Wolverhampton Electro Plate Company, at Wolverhampton, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and the business will from henceforth be carried on by Henry Loveridge, Samuel Loveridge and Charles Loveridge only, under the same firm as aforesaid."[1]
