1876 The company was registered as the Clyde Coal Co.

1892 Early this year, the company took over the business of John Wilson of Glasgow, the name being then changed. [1]

1936 Wilsons and Clyde Coal Co and its associated concerns Robert Adie and Sons Collieries and the Darngavil Coal Co.[2]

1952 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
