1912 Incorporated as a limited company.
1914 Manufacturers of rolling shutters, blinds etc. Specialities: rolling steel shutters of the interlocking type, fire proof shutters, automatically controlled shutters; introduced and developed a special type of automatically controlled fire preventing shutter. [1]
