Willowbrook Road Bridge (Camberwell)

From Graces Guide

in Camberwell, Surrey.

Also known as Hill Street Bridge.

Constructed in 1870 to take Willowbrook Road across the Grand Surrey Canal. The line of the filled-in canal here is now used by pedestrians and cyclists.

Geograph entry here.

An attractive bridge, thanks to its decorative cast iron panels and balustrade. The structural arches are wrought iron. Additional steel arches have been added in recent years. Photos here.[1]
