1877 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership hereto fore subsisting between the undersigned, Thomas Williams and Richard Jenkins, in the trade or business of Ironfounders, carried on at the Rheidol Foundry, Aberystwyth, in the county of Cardigan, under the style of Williams and Jenkins, was this day dissolved, as from the 1st day of January instant, by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing from and to the said partnership will be paid and received by the said Thomas Williams, who will in future carry on the said business on his own account...'[1]
