1854 Company established.

1899 Incorporated as a limited company.

1899 The company was registered on 21 March, to acquire the business of the firm of the same name, of the Tipton Green Blast Furnaces. [1]

1911 Repeated an order to Lilleshall Co for a steam blowing engine[2].

1914 Pig iron manufacturers, forge and foundry. Employees 230. [3] Directors: E. Parkes, M.P. (Chairman), T. Cumberland, A. C. Wright.
