1810 Born in Stretton Sugwas, Hfds, the son of Thomas Pearce and his wife Elizabeth Webb

1861 Living at Springfield, Parkstone, Dorset: William Pearce (age 50 born Stretton Sugwas, Hfds), Ironfounder employing 35 men and 6 boys. With his wife Elizabeth Pearce (age 56 born Abbey Dore, Hfds). Also his brother Daniel Pearce (age 60 born Abbey Dore, Hfds), Landed Proprietor. Three servants.[1]
