1907 William Morgan and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £15,000, to acquire the business of Mr. William Morgan, crane builder and engineer, Kilwinning.[1]

1908 25-ton steam derrick for James Ackroyd and Sons Ltd, Birchover Quarry, Rowsley, Derbyshire [2]

1968 The company was dissolved.[3]
