1910-13 City and Guilds Engineering College.

1914 Enlisted with Royal Naval Division and served through Gallipoli Campaign

Transferred to Royal Engineers; served in Salonica as Asst. Director of Works and C.R.E., Salonica, with rank of Lieut.-Colonel, R.E.

Post-WWI Served in India under Government of Bombay on Reclamation and other Development Work, until 1927

1927 Res. Engr. on various works in England for Willcox, Raikes and Marshall, 33 Great Charles Street, Birmingham.
