With his wife Elizabeth Halliwell (age 50 born Sunderland) and their seven children; Elizabeth Ann Halliwell (age 26 born Ashford, Kent), School Mistress; William H. Halliwell (age 28 born Brighton), Clerk; Frederick G. Halliwell (age 21 born Brighton), Engine Fitter; Robert R. Halliwell (age 19 born Brighton), Apprentice to Clock Making; Charles E. Halliwell (age 16 born Brighton), Postmistress Clerk and Shopman; Henry T. Halliwell (age 15 born Brighton), Shop Assistant; and Samuel H. V. Halliwell (age 6 born Brighton).[2]

1911 Living at 53 Warwick Street, Earlsdon, Coventry: William Henry Halliwell (age 53 born Brighton), Manufacturer of Dress Guards for Cycles. With his wife Charlotte Ellen Halliwell (age 49 born Brighton) and their daughter Ellen Elisabeth Dorothy Halliwell (age 24 born Burgess Hill), Teacher in Elementary school).[5]

1915 Mentioned as Councillor William Henry Halliwell of Coventry but is disqualified because of non-residence.[6][7]

1925 November 18th. Of 7 Wordsworth Road, Penge. Probate to his widow Charlotte Ellen Halliwell.
