c. 1826 Born in Pittenweem, Fifeshire[1], presumably the brother of David Henderson, Senior, and Thomas and John Henderson (who made their careers in managing shipping services).

1871 "King Merchant & Ship Servan", 45, living in Partick with William G Henderson 17, Janet Henderson 15, Elizabeth Henderson 14, Christina Henderson 12, Isabel Henderson 10, Isabell G Russell 52[3]
