1901 The company was registered May 14, 1901, in reconstruction of a company of the same name registered November 11, 1897, to take over the business of the firm of the same name, wholesale butter and general provision merchants.

1908 Became a public company. Directors were Julius Willer (Austrian); William Robert Shackleton; Percy Fielden; John Rees Jones; Samuel Turner; and William Edward Bulmer. Wholesale Butter, Margarine and General Provision Merchants and imports products and operates from twelve warehouses (listed).[1]

1909 Reports of false figures for the company leads to a warrant for the arrest of Julius Willer. Company in liquidation.[2]

1963 Acquired by Hugon and Co.[3]
