Presumably the partnership of William Martin Wilkinson (who seems to have been an attorny); Jarvis and Jarvis of King's Lynn were presumably solicitors.

Responsible for construction of a number of lines in Norfolk, including the Yarmouth and North Norfolk Railway and the Lynn and Fakenham Railway and the Yarmouth Union.

1884 Advertised for investment in a new line, part of the Eastern and Midlands Railway, for which they were the contractors[1]
