1875 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, John Westray, John Forster, Robinson Westray, and Charles John Copeland, as Engineers and Founders, carrying on business at Barrow-in-Furness, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Westray and Forster, has been dissolved, as from the 1st day of December instant, by mutual consent. All debts due and owing by and to the said firm will be received and paid by the said John Westray, Robinson Westray, and Charles John Copeland, who will in future carry on business under the firm of Westray, Copeland, and Co...'[2]
