'...the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, John Westray, Robinson Westray, and Charles John Copeland, as Engineers and Founders, carrying on business at Barrow-in-Furness, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Westray, Copeland, and Co., has been dissolved, as from the 1st day of February instant, by mutual consent.
