Designers and manufacturers of solenoids and electrical coils; coil winding machines; special purpose grinders; high frequency vibrating equipment; sealed transformers; magnetic amplifiers and electro-magnetic devices; manufacturing and sales concessionaires for the Warner electric brakes and clutches. 1970 Endura Electrical Industries acquired a controlling interest in Westool[4]

1970 Part owner Westforth Electrical and Automation would compensate holders of the shares in Westool for a shortfall in profits against projection; the other half of the shares were held by Warner Electric of USA[5]

1978 Westool Ltd renamed as Warner Electric Ltd
