1923 Westminster Tool and Electric Co Ltd was incorporated to acquire the business of Arthur Pirrie Haslam, Arthur Luscombe Tester and Jack Williams of similar name at Putney Bridge Road, London

1924 Appointed the Autocar Electrical Equipment Co as its sole selling agent for the Westool commutators for automobile use.[1]

1937 Name changed to Westool Ltd
