1892 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, George Webster, Alfred Jackson, and George Bickerton, at the Phoenix Ironworks, Goole, in the county of York, trading as Engineers, Ironfounders, &c., under the style or firm of Webster, Jackson, and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual agreement, as and from the 22nd day of October, 1892. All debts due and owing from or in respect of the late Partnership will be received and paid by the said George Webster and George Bickerton, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of Webster and Bickerton...'[1]
