'...In the Matter of .Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Walter Watson, of No. 19 Arch, Furnival road, Sheffield, in the county of York, and of Adelaide-road, Brincliffe, Sheffield, in the said county of York, and Frank Edward Hitch, of No. 19 Arch, Furnival-road, Sheffield aforesaid, and of Norton Woodseats, in the county of Derby, carrying on business together at No. 19 Arch, Furnival-road, Sheffield aforesaid, under the style or firm of Watson and Hitch, as Agricultural Engineers and Corn, Cake, and Seed Merchants....'[1]
