War Services.—Joined the London Electrical Engineers, Royal Engineers Transport, November 26,1914, as. Sapper; promoted to Corporal in 1916; Commissioned in September, 1916; promoted March, 1918. In charge of Coast Defence Searchlights; Erector and Working Anti-aircraft Lights; four Anti-aircraft Lights (Dartford); Sea forts, Portsmouth; Royal Engineer Services.
