1888 Dissolution of the Partnership between Walter Eddison and John Edwin Eddison, carrying on business at Cowley, in the county of Oxford, as Proprietors of Steam Ploughing and Cultivating Machinery and Machinery Agents, under the style or firm of Walter Eddison and Co. and the Oxfordshire Steam Ploughing Co.[1]
1897 John Allen bought out Eddison and continued the Oxfordshire Steam Ploughing Co. business
