1888 Lot 1. All that Perpetual Well-secured YEARLY CHIEF or GROUND RENT £30 3s 6d. issuing and payable out of two plots land containing respectively 5,310 and 4,346 square yards or thereabouts, with the cottages (including two shops) and also the school and co-operative stores erected thereon, situate and being at Hoole, in the county of Lancaster, and adjoining the Walmer Bridge Mill. Lot 2. All that Perpetual Well-secured YEARLY CHIEF GROUND RENT of £45 8s 4d issuing and payable out of two plots of land containing respectively 9,690 and 4,844 square yards or thereabouts, with the weaving shed called Walmer Bridge Mill, seven cottages, including watchhouse. and other buildings erected thereon, situate and being at Little Hoole aforesaid, and adjoining Lot 1.[2]
