All that Perpetual Well-secured YEARLY CHIEF GROUND RENT of £45 8s 4d issuing and payable out of two plots of land containing respectively 9,690 and 4,844 square yards or thereabouts, with the weaving shed called Walmer Bridge Mill, seven cottages, including watchhouse. and other buildings erected thereon, situate and being at Little Hoole aforesaid, and adjoining Lot 1.[2]
