1912 Walker and Wilson Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £14,000, to carry on the business of bolt, nut, screw, and rivet manufacturers.[1]

1937 Bolt, nut and screw manufacturers. [2]

1961 Nut, bolt and rivet manufacturers and merchants. [3]

1991 The company was dissolved, by which point it had changed its name to G. K. N. (Scotland) Limited.[4]
