1899 Partnership change. '...the Partnership subsisting between the late Peter Wagstaff and me the undersigned John Brunt the younger, carrying on business as China and Earthenware Merchants, at Richmond Pottery, Church-street, Longton, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Wagstaff and Brunt, as dissolved on the 23rd day of August, 1899, by the death of the said Peter Wagstaff. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Brunt the younger who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of Wagstaff and Brunt...'[1]
