1878 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, William Marsden, James Marsden, Peter Caywood, and George Taylor the younger, carrying on business in All Saint's-street, within Little Bolton, in the county of Lancaster, as Brass Founders and Fitters, under the firm of W. and J. Marsden and Co., was dissolved, on the 2nd day of January instant, by effluxion of time. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned, Peter Caywood and George Taylor the younger, by whom the business will in future be carried on under the same style or firm of W. and J.
