1945 Founded by Wallace Wilson-Haffenden.

1947 Incorporated as a Limited Company.

1960 A new holding company Haffenden-Richborough was formed to acquire the share capital of W. W. Haffenden, and its subsidiaries Richborough Rubber Works, and Sandwich Engineering Co.[1]

1971 Haffenden-Richborough acquired by the London Rubber Company.[2]
