William Harry Brereton Evans (c1883-1913), Cricketer

Mr. W. H. B. Evans was a member of the Corinthian team that toured in South Africa in 1903. He belonged to the Corinthians and Old Malvernians (Football), the M.C.C., I.Z., Oxford Authentics, and Grange Cricket Clubs. A keen golfer, he was a member of the Royal and Ancient Club, St. Andrews, and the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers, Muirfield.

He was unmarried.

1913 7th August. Died when a passenger in a plane with Samuel Cody
