Mr W. B. Kelly (Member), a well-known member of the Northern Ireland Branch, died on 21st August after a brief illness.

Mr Kelly worked for Davidson and Co. Ltd of Belfast for 53 years, entering the Company as an indentured apprentice and finally becoming its Vice-Chairman. He was a born engineer, his gifted hands and inventive mind were not only invaluable in his work but also enabled him to gain great pleasure from his well-ordered workshop during his later years and in retirement. His colleagues in the Branch will miss his friendly presence.
