1906 Company founded by brothers including Adolph Viner

1924 Private company.

1934 Company made public.

1961 Cutlers and silversmiths and electro plate manufacturers. 900 employees.

1973 Jointly with Raimond Silver Manufacturing Co of USA, acquired Pewterware Co of Birmingham[1]

1981 The company cut 100 jobs and blamed the depressed state of market for the losses. The remaining 400 employees switched from part-time to full-time work.[2]

1982 The company was put into liquidation
