1882 Partnership dissolved.'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Albert Thomas Lydeard and Daniel Price, carrying on business as Machinists and Iron and Brass Founders, in copartnership, under the style or firm of Vick, Lydeard. and Co., at Dudbridge, in the county of Gloucester, has been this day dissolved, by mutual consent and that all debts owing to and by the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Albert Thomas Lydeard, by whom the said business will in future be carried on under the said style or firm of Vick, Lydeard, and Co., at Dudbridge...'[3]
