1983 Housemead Ltd was incorporated

1985 Renamed Verson International Ltd, once Verson International Ltd had changed its name to Verson (UK) Ltd

1987 Verson International Group purchased the rights from Cincinnati Milacron, to manufacture the HME (Hordern, Mason and Edwards Ltd) range of power presses. These products included coining presses and a complete range of general purpose presses. [1]

By 1989 Bronx Engineering Co Ltd was a member of the Verson International Group

1990 Verson International Group Plc acquired Metform Engineering Ltd

1996 Sold the Press Division to a US company controlled by the chairman[3]

1996 Renamed MetalTech[4]

1997 MetalTech, the renamed Verson International, of Stourbridge, is back in profit for the first time since 1991[5]
