1930s Callenders, Henleys, Enfields and Union concentrated their production in Union's works at Dagenham, and formed the Southern producing unit, which was later taken over by a new company, Southern United Telephone Cables Ltd. formed by the four companies involved.
1944 Ended production of cables.
