1884 Purchased by Alfred Holmes and Percy Tyzack (son of William Jnr. Tyzack) and Maria Pearson. and run by them until 1902.[1]

1902 Alfred Holmes died; his widow, Annie Helen, married Percy Tyzack

1916 Percy retired

In the 1930s Moore and Wright acquired this company

Later Moore and Wright was taken over by Neill Tools Ltd. [2]
