1897 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Alfred Hugh Tyler and John Stuart Ellis de Vesian carrying on business as Engineers and Contractors at 20 New Bridge-street and formerly at 5 Crown-court Cheapside E.C. under the style or firm of Tyler and Ellis has been dissolved by mutual consent...'[3]
