1859 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership subsisting between us the undersigned, Frederick True and William Laws Newman, of Downham Market, in the county of Norfolk, Engineers, Ironfounders, and Manufacturers of Agricultural Implements, was this day dissolved...'[2]
