1914 The Company is an amalgamation of the firms of Walter Kemsley & Co., Tozer Brothers & Co., and Budden, Fisher & Co., the last-named established in 1849, the others subsequently. Incorporated as a Limited Company in 1899. Directors: Walter Kemsley, J.P. (Chairman), Edward Tozer, A. H. Tozer, R. R. Millbourn, Henry Tozer, Donald Kemsley, A. L. Roberts. Stall: Fourteen buyers, 110 clerks, including typists. Are Merchants, Shipping Agents, &c. Have considerable business in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, India, and Sweden.
