1801 Partnership change. '...the Partnership carried on in Lancaster, in the County of Lancaster, between Robert Tomlinson and Thomas Heaton, both of Lancaster aforesaid, Ironmongers and Whitesmiths, under the Firm of Tomlinson and Heaton, and the Partnership carried on at Gate-Beck, in the County of Westmorland, by the said Robert Tomlinson and Thomas Heaton, and Edward Winder, of Gate-Beck aforesaid, Ironfounder, under the Firm of Edward Winder and Company, were respectively dissolved on the 27th Day of May 1799, by the Decease of the said Robert-Tomlinson.
