1946 Tipper Industries Limited was registered as a public company, with capital of £150,000, to acquire the undertakings and issued share capital of Arthur Tipper Limited, Tipper Bros. (Bilston) Limited, A. Tipper and Co Limited, John Tipper and Co Limited, and the London Tube and Hardware Co Limited; and to carry on the business of malleable and grey iron founders, manufacturers of builders and cabinet iron foundry, tube makers, and motor and general engineers.[1]
