1851 Living at St. John's Hill, Shrewsbury: Thomas W. Trouncer (age 36 born Walford, Hfd.), Malster and Brewer employing 14? men. With his wife Ann Trouncer (age 32 born Brilley, Hfd.) and their four children; Victoria A. Trouncer (age 9 born Shrewsbury); Caroline Trouncer (age 8 born Shrewsbury); Clara E. Trouncer (age 5 born Shrewsbury); and Thomas C. Trouncer (age 3 born Shrewsbury). Three servants.[1]

1892 August 4th. Died, of Astley House, near Shrewsbury. Probate to his widow Mary Anne Trouncer and to Percy James Trouncer and others.
