1920 Thomas Ogilvie and Son Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £120,000, to take over the business carried on by Thomas Ogilvie & Son as wholesale warehousemen and dealers in woollen and other goods.[1]
1932 The company went into voluntary liquidation in order to sell the undertaking of the old company to a new company of the same name.[2] Thomas Ogilvie and Son Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of wholesale warehousemen and dealers in woollen and other goods.[3]
1941 The company accepted the offer of Dormeuil Freres to purchase the stock and goodwill of the company and resolved to wind up the company voluntarily.[4]
