. . . . Duncan entered into partnership in 1887, with William Dalton Ironside, under the style of Duncan and Ironside, Engineers and Surveyors, at Aberdeen. The firm carried out several small waterworks and roads in the country; but the partnership was dissolved in 1891, when Mr. Duncan joined Mr. Walker, and the firm became Walker and Duncan. . . .
