1881 Living at 18 Southernhay, Exeter: Thomas Andrew (age 49 born Illogan, Cornwall), High Bailiff of County Court. With his wife Sophia and four daughters.[1]

1881/82 Mayor of Exeter.[2]

1902 September. Died. Leaves a widow, six daughters and three sons. Detailed obituary.[3]
