1905 Thomas Anderson Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to acquire the business carried on at Liverpool, Newcastle-on-Tyne and elsewhere by T. Anderson, and to carry on the business of mechanical engineers, ironfounders, manufacturers of implements and machinery of all kinds, tool makers, brassfounders, metal workers, boiler makers, millwrights, iron and steel converters, smiths, and woodworkers.[1]
